There has been quite a bit going on in the country and locally in the past few months with the Corona Virus. Lots of layoffs and the like. You know all about it and this isn’t really a site where we discuss such matters typically.

However, I feel the need to say homes are still being listed and sold. Real estate is still happening. In fact, there have been nearly 1000 condos and single family homes put under contract just in the month of May in Pinellas County.

Since this whole thing began I’ve been working with a few buyer clients. They are all in different price ranges but all of them are coming across the same thing. A lack of homes to choose from. Low inventory. It’s been that way for a while now in the Tampa Bay area, this has just made it worse.

Quite a few people have either taken their homes off the market or have been waiting to list them till we get back to “normal.” I feel like that is not necessarily the best course at this time. I think if you had any thoughts on selling your home in the near future, you should do it now!

Contact me and I can get you started in the process by providing you with a value estimate and a overview of my marketing program. If you yourself are not selling a home, you probably know someone who is and you probably should let them know.
